Tammy Cline

Tammy Cline is the President of Career Search Associates, Inc. an Executive search firm that specializes in a
variety of industries at the local, national and international levels. Cline personally focuses on the placement of sales professionals. She entered the headhunting profession in 1982 after graduating from the University of Iowa and opened Career Search Associates in the fall of 1989.
I still recruit as I have for 40 years…by building a personal relationship with both my clients and candidates. You won’t find me on a job board. I’m very proud of the career marriages I have put together through the years. When asked if I am considering retirement, my answer is always no. My husband retired and I don’t want to go to prison for murder.:)
