With more than 20 years’ experience in the call center industry, Pat has an extensive and deep network.  This allows him to attract and match top talent to the best companies/opportunities in this space.    Positions he has successfully filled range from senior executives to operations managers including site directors, workforce management, training/quality and client services.  Pat has established himself as the GO-TO recruiter in the call center industry.

Pat is involved with the Knights of Columbus and youth sports.  In his spare time he can usually be found helping coach one of his four kids.
