Sandee Cook

Sandee joined Career Search Associates in 2014 after 20+ years of recruiting and human resources experience. She has a Bachelor Degree in Business Management and a Minor in Human Resources Management. She attained her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification and was a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Central Iowa SHRM for many years.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Sandee is committed to lifelong learning and community involvement. She has supported organizations and served on Boards of Directors for The Junior League of Des Moines, the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Central Iowa, the Bernie Lorenz Recovery House and the Urbandale Chamber of Commerce.
Sandee’s areas of specialization are human resources related positions and sales positions. She works with
clients and candidates not only in the Central Iowa area but across the country.
